Make Remote Work Day 10X more Efficient

Just copy paste the list, and follow through …
Try it for 7 days, and change exactly one thing if something doesnt work.
- Wake up at a fixed time. Next two hours is all yours.
Within one hour, exercise, make breakfast, and finish bodily needs ( brush, poop and shower)
Take 30 minutes to map the day, visualize the wins and empower your thoughts.
Read 15 minutes of Affirmations and Dedicate your breath to Prayers to God.
2. Now, your inner Hero starts the work …. THE BATMAN Begins !!! This is your first 45 minute slot of work.
Go over these basic questions with every work that you pick during your work day—
1. What is your end goal?
2. How do you want to accomplish it? Do you have a plan?
3. Does your plan have a timeline i.e Does it have a roadmap?
4. Who are your stakeholders and why does it matter to them?
5. Strategize your work and make sure your work can reflect how would u differentiate the wins.
3. Take Frequent breaks in between your work. And repeat step 2, till you reach your goal of 8 hours of work for a work day.
During break times
1. You can Do quick 10 minute stretches
2. Suryanamaskars or Yoga
3. Talk to a friend on what you are working on , to keep your brain focused to just your work.
4. See some news headlines -> but do not get distracted from it.
5. Pray to god.
4. Write one article about your day at the end of your day,
1. to summarize what you worked on,
2. how will you being work the next day and
5. Say good-bye to your work-persona.
Usually winding-down is not easy.
For working parents it can mean, running to pick kids and catching up on errands.
But remember that Happiness and Celebrating a surviving day at work is critical as well.
Here are some options -
- If you want to chill alone — -
Wind down with some cakes and chill …
and make yourself comfortable in your bed.
Make yours or your friends’ favorite dinner
OR
Read a book on self-improvement, or investment or growing your money pot
OR
Plan a vacation
OR
Plan or work on home renovations
2. If you want to chill outside with others
Take a run in the park with some friends
OR
Go to temple to connect with your spiritual friends
OR
Go down to a comedy show
OR
Hang with friends in downtown over dinner
3. If you want to chill outside with kids
plan for a playdate and execute it
OR
Play with kids
Or
Cook and Dine with kids
OR
Read books with kids
Or
Sort out old albums and print pictures with kids
Or
Plan the next few months’ activities, or outings or fun with kids
Some Gotchas
- Keep distractions at the bay. Ensure you watch only some TV
- Listen to your favorite songs and learn their lyrics and sing them
- Write a blog post for things u care about.
- Build skills for your kids. Help them learn a new language or an instrument or a game
